In the anesthesiology and intensive care unit of Children’s Hospital No. 3, doctors fight for every breath of every child admitted in critical condition.
To provide proper care, they need modern and reliable equipment. At the request of Children’s Hospital No. 3, we purchased and donated three modern suction devices.
This equipment is used during resuscitation procedures and surgeries to remove fluids from the airways. In critical moments, it helps doctors quickly stabilize a patient’s condition and ensure that they can breathe.
The donated devices are designed to operate for more than five years and will become an important tool in the medical team’s daily work. When treatment requires quick decisions and coordinated action, reliable equipment is essential.
On the same day, the Foundation delivered gifts to children staying in the hospital without family support. These are children who have been removed from their families or referred to the hospital from boarding schools and orphanages. They often remain in hospital wards for extended periods. We prepared packages for them containing power banks, books, stationery, warm socks, and small treats—simple things that can make their days a little brighter.
The total amount of assistance was UAH 156,470.
