Assistance to Lyceum No. 1 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi
On June 23, 2025, as a result of a Russian missile strike on the building of Lyceum No. 1 in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, the upper floors of the educational institution were completely destroyed. Three people were killed and several others were injured as a result of the tragedy.
By decision of the city administration, students and teachers were temporarily transferred to another school, where classrooms were repaired so that the educational process could continue.
However, we are convinced that school is not just about lessons. It is the atmosphere created by students and teachers. It is a community, friendship, creativity, celebrations, and memories that no enemy can take away from us.
Following an appeal from the school administration, the Foundation purchased multimedia and audio equipment needed for classes, presentations, clubs, celebrations, and concerts.
The total amount of aid was UAH 178,560.
The equipment was handed over on the eve of Teacher’s Day. During the meeting, representatives of the Foundation expressed their gratitude to the teaching staff for their resilience, professionalism, and dedication to their work.
The project was implemented with the support of Porsche Center Odessa – Emerald Sportcar, Emerald Motors, and MCIK – Color and Body Shop, which provided transportation of the equipment to the facility.
The Emerald Charitable Foundation continues to do everything possible to ensure that, despite all the challenges, Ukrainian children can learn using modern technologies, develop their talents, and build their future in Ukraine.
